Thiruvananthapuram: The children from the Different Art Centre were swept away by cricket fever during the thrilling moments of the Kerala Cricket League (KCL) match between Kochi Blue Tigers and Trivandrum Royals held at the Greenfield Stadium. Around 200 differently-abled children from the Centre, which operates at the KINFRA Film and Video Park in Kazhakoottam, attended the match. For many, it was their first time watching a live cricket game, and their excitement was clearly evident.
The children created a festive atmosphere, cheering and applauding enthusiastically at every stage of the match. Every boundary scored and every wicket taken was met with loud applause and cheers from the gallery. A major highlight for the children was witnessing Indian cricketer Sanju Samson play in person, a long-cherished dream come true.
